The official spokesperson of the Arab Coalition forces Brigadier General Turki Al-Maliki says it is the responsibility of the international community to work the with special envoy to Yemen Hans Grundberg, to bring the Houthi militia to the negotiating table for a long lasting solution to the conflict in Yemen.
